Jill Scott, the daughter of Joyce Scott in Philadelphia Pennsylvania was born on April 4 in 1972. Her grandmother raised her and she was an only child. Scott graduated from the Philadelphia High School for Girls. Then she enrolled in Temple University. Scott was a student in secondary school and also worked at two other jobs.
